Mix all the ingredients in a bowl . Once it becomes a thick batter , add 1/4 small cup of boiled water . Make sure that the consistency is like dosa batter . In a microwave oven bowl, grease all the sides and the bottom with ghee/ butter and pour the cake batter. Let it cook for 6-7 minutes. Once the cake is ready , let it cool for 30 -45 minutes.
FOR THE ICING :
We will prepare the icing using double boiling method. Take a bowl of water. On top of the bowl , Place a small container , add diary milk silk cubes , add 6- 7 tsp of milk and 1-2 tsp of butter. If you want you can add dry fruits like raisins, cashew nuts and almonds . Let it melt till it becomes a thick liquid . Now let this liquid cool for 20 - 30 minutes.
ASSEMBLING :
Pour the icing liquid on the cake and spread in the corners and on the top of the cake. Keep the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Once that's done, your delicious chocolate cake is ready to be served. You can also add vanilla icecream , on the top to enhance the taste while serving.
ALTERNATIVES :
Bonus tip : If you don't have a mixie and if you have only biscuits , put the seperated biscuits in milk , you will get the batter
