A Highly recommended book for people who have a problem of procrastination , putting their life together , developing new habits , breaking bad habits , Making habits identity and bringing a new dimension in life  


Its a very interactive book , which gives practical ideas of how to make habits attractive and unattractive to make it easy and difficult to follow good and bad habits respectively  


Some Amazing ideas like keeping the phone difficult to reach will make it easier to concentrate more on work , Not paying for netflix or not buying junk food so that you don't reach out to them  easily , Making the good habits attractive and fancy and  bad habits unattractive and trash , Making flow of habits obvious to make it easy and simple , etc 


This book also starts with the story of the author who had to take a break from his sport  because of health issues , However , instead of giving up , how he collected himself to put his life together by starting good habits in baby steps . 


Overall a highly recommended book for everyone who wants to bring change in their life .  Infact i recommend re-reading the book whenever you feel lost and out of focus just to get back on track quickly .
